The attached US Extension v3.1 Data Dictionary, "FIXM_US_Extension_v3_1_Data_Dictionary.pdf", catalogues the flight data elements (FDEs) specific to the US operations. The FIXM US DD provides a definition for the US-specific FDEs, alternate names that reflect various nomenclatures across systems and domains, relationships among existing FDEs, data types, value ranges (where applicable), business rules associated with the individual use of each FDE, and references to authoritative documents where these FDEs can be found.
This spreadsheet ("FIXM_US_Extension_v3_0_Synchronization.csv") directly links the FIXM Logical Model to the FIXM Data Dictionary. This document provides a mechanism for searching, summarizing, mapping, and otherwise analyzing the model that is just not available using Enterprise Architect or XSD-based tools.
The attached Logical Model "FIXM_US_Extension_v3_1_Logical_Model.eap" describes the structure, content, and format of FIXM US Extension v3.1 represented as a Universal Modelling Language (UML) model. The attached document "FIXM_US_Extension_v3_1_Logical_Model_Diagrams.pdf" contains images of the various classes contained in the UML files.
Please note the Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect Viewer is required to view the UML model, which can be downloaded from http://www.sparxsystems.com.
